On May 4, 2026, GTS Advisory Inc. signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for business cooperation with JANE PARTNERS, a firm with profound expertise in HR and organizational consulting. This partnership will strengthen our cross-border support system aimed at resolving management challenges faced by enterprises and institutions in Japan and South Korea, as well as creating new business opportunities.

Background and Purpose
We will integrate GTS Advisory's deep network among top management in Japan and Korea and practical frontline business experience with JANE PARTNERS' advanced HR (human resources and organizational development) expertise and their robust network of SMEs and professionals through the Korea Management & Technology Consultant Association. The primary goal of this partnership is to complement each other's strengths and provide more diversified, high-value-added cross-border services to corporations and individuals in both nations.

Specific Initiatives (Priority Projects)
Under this partnership, the two companies will prioritize and jointly advance the following projects:

  • Business operations and management for SMEs and Startups To facilitate collaboration between SMEs and startups in Japan and Korea, we will develop and manage dedicated business initiatives. These efforts will serve as a hub for information exchange and cooperation, providing practical, operational-level support tailored to the needs of growing businesses.
  • Launching the "Japan-Korea Industrial Inspection & Collaboration Program" We will jointly plan and host business missions targeting companies, related organizations, and local governments in Japan and Korea. Moving beyond mere tourism or general inspections, we will offer practical programs primarily aimed at fostering actual industrial alliances and generating concrete business matchmaking opportunities.

Future Outlook
In the medium to long term, we envision developing "Next-Generation Corporate Training Programs" that blend a deep understanding of the distinct organizational cultures of Japan and Korea with the latest digital transformation (DX) tools. We also plan to roll out "Recruitment-Linked Career Development Programs" for talent seeking cross-border career paths.

This partnership transcends national borders and conventional corporate boundaries, prioritizing the nature of the project and trust-based relationships with clients. By embracing an "equal partnership based on practical benefits and trust," where the party best suited to lead a given project takes the initiative, we will contribute to the sustainable development of Japan-Korea business.
